PAYMENTS CONDITIONS:

A 20% deposit of the full amount has to be settled upon confirmation of booking.

Cash payment is accepted for activity booked for the same day.

For online booking, online payment is required.

All prices are subject to changes due to foreign exchange fluctuation.

Full payment has to be paid 24 hours before the date of the activity.
CANCELLATIONS CONDITIONS:

Cancellation made 48 hours before the date of the activity receives a full refund of the deposit paid.

Cancellation made in less than the 48 hours before the activity, will not be refunded the 20% deposit.

If no notice of cancellation is done prior to the activity, it will be considered as No show hence no refund.

If the activity is cancelled by the operator, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
